The refund policy is applicable to new software purchases only.
The policy refund period is 14-days from the date of purchase.
The purchase date will be considered day-1, while day-14 is the last day to request a refund.
The request after day 14 will not be eligible for a refund.

The request submitted during non-working hours will be processed on the next working day.
Once we process your refund request, the amount will be transferred through the same payment you have used to complete the purchase.
The fund transfer may take upto 10 to 20 days based on the financial service you have used to complete the purchase.
